Travelling east from A127
1.   At turn off for Rayleigh take slip road.
2.   At roundabout at the top of the slip road turn right.
3.   Go past Sainsburys on your left and Halfords on your right (3rd Exit).
4.   Continue across double mini roundabout and keep going for about 1 mile.
5.   At large roundabout turn left onto the A13 (1st exit).
6.   Follow the A13 toward Hadleigh for 1 to 1.5 miles.

Travelling east on A13
7.   At Hadleigh you will pass Morrisons on your left, Hadleigh church on your right and after a
      shopping parade then a large field on your right.
8.   Just after the field is a "Welcome to Southend" sign,
9.   Take first right into Tattersall Gardens.
10. At the end of Tattersall Gardens the road bends round to the left and becomes Marine
      Parade.
11. Follow the road for 1.5 miles, going straight over traffic lights.
12. The road then becomes Rectory Grove and our studio is on your right.
