Plain Language: All pictures come framed and professionally finished. We don't sell prints! we sell the treasured memories as a complete product.

Our reputation over the past 16 years has been built on the quality of the product we produce. We will therefore not compromise on producing a quality product that will increase in personal value with every year that passes. With everyday that passes you are taken further away from ever reproducing a treasured picture and therefore the quality of that image is everything to us, from the quality of the print to the frame in which it is mounted is all part of our Designer Image experience. 

Transparent Pricing

Plain Language: Our pricing structure is based on the quality of our product. We don't hide or apologise for the quality of our products or the price. We understand you have a budget and we will do our best to make your investment become a dream come true.

Our prices are designed to fit all pockets. When investing in your future memories its important that you can budget according to your needs. Therefore as well as a totally transparent price guide given at the session, there is also packages designed to give you options and great value at the viewing. Prices start at £75 (Free! If you are lucky enough to have been given a family voucher), with wall size pictures starting at under £200 (or as little as £125 with a gift family voucher).

Choice

Plain Language: We can provide what you want from low resolution web images to 50in x 30in wall prints and everything between.

With the many ways in which images can be displayed, from Wall Art to Profile Pictures on the Web we will keep upto date with what it is you want to do with your pictures.

No Hard Sell

Plain Language: We do not sell! we only help you buy. View the pictures, tell us what you want or ask for advise and we will help, but the decision and the choice will always be yours.

We pride ourselves on a zero tolerance of any pressurised selling technique. We simply will not tolerate it! When you view the images taken during your session you will not be subjected to any hard sell or emotional blackmail techniques. We simply allow you to enjoy the viewing and will assist you to the best of our ability based on what you want to do.

Confidentiality

Plain Language: Final pictures will need to be collected from the studio and signed for. We also will not give pictures to anyone who was not in the shoot or not arranged prior to pick up.

Whether it is a seductive make-over or simply pictures of your children every image is treated in the same professional manner. We will not send out images by post and we do not publish images when requested not to, even if we own the copyright.

Professionalism

Plain Language: Stand by your word and we'll stand by ours.

Each and every session is dealt with in the same professional manner. We only use our own professional photographers, All orders are taken under a legally binding contract and we will conduct ourselves with that professional attitude from begining to end.

Reputation

Plain Language: We only charge for what we do.

Our repuation is worth more to us than any single order. Therefore we only charge for the work we need to do to achieve the quality we demand. If you request a change that will not require much work and does not require us undoing any work already done then we won't charge for it

Cancellations

Plain Language: Don't waste our time and we won't waste your money .

Life is unpredictable and therefore cancellations are inevitable but disingenous bookings are also costly. In order that we are not forced to increase our overal price structure to cover the cancellations, and also to make sure that the genuine situations are not penalised, we openly decalre that we take a £25 deposit for each cancellation which is fully redeemable against your final order.
